These terms summarise key limitations and service expectations for HushCare enquiries and plans.
Service purpose
HushCare is a smart home safety alert and response coordination service for seniors, people living with disability, families and care providers.
Important limitations
HushCare is designed to support home safety alerts and response coordination. It is not a medical device and does not replace emergency services. In an emergency, always call 000. Camera or image verification is event-based and requires consent from the resident or authorised representative. Professional monitoring is only available on selected plans and may be delivered through a third-party monitoring partner.
Plan availability
Pricing, equipment, monitoring backup and escalation options are subject to assessment, selected plan, location, partner availability and service suitability.
Funding and suitability
HushCare does not guarantee NDIS or aged care funding. Suitability depends on individual needs, plan goals, assessment outcomes, provider requirements and funding circumstances.
